Vintage wines

I am hosting a dinner party for six of my fellow wine spectators, we take it in turns every month to cook, and we all get together and have a lovely meal, enjoy a few glasses of wine and have a good chat. It is my turn again this month and I am looking online for Vintage Wines I can serve. Impressing a table of wine spectators is not easy so what ever I choose has to have that wow factor and please each and everyone of their taste buds. There are so many Vintage Wines to choose from I just can`t decide. I could just browse for hours looking at what`s on offer. I am serving bacon and stilton cheese stuffed mushroom with a small salad garnish for the starter, fillet of steak drizzled with a peppercorn sauce, new potatoes and winter vegetables for my main course and finally for desert, home baked apple pie with thick creamy custard, followed by coffee and mints to finish. If it all goes to plan the food will be great however if not I am relying on my excellent choice of Vintage Wines to impress them! I have chosen a selection which will complement the food and hopefully go down a treat.
