Three months ago I bought myself a cross trainer in a desperate attempt to get into shape. I`d put on weight and had tried joining a gym but couldn`t motivate myself enough to go on a regular basis. The cross trainer has been a partial success because I have lost weight and my stamina has improved a great deal. Yet, I feel some other type of exercise needs to be taken in support of the time that I spend on my training machine. I`ve heard Kettlebell Exercise can be fabulous at helping to tone up the body and give a great cardio workout at the same time. Apparently three weekly workouts are all that are required and the good news just keeps on getting better. The workouts only need to be 20 minutes each because they are fairly intense by design. When people take part in the Kettlebell Exercise they find it targets specific muscles in the body and over a six week period great changes can be made to the physique. Even I could spare 20 minutes a night, 3 times a week. My cross trainer will still be used as part of my training programme but I`m also keen to start Kettlebell Exercise as soon as I can.
